By commissioning the Artist, you automatically agree to the terms outlined below. These terms are subject to change at any time.

✦PAYMENT✦

⦁ Payment is taken through Paypal in USD only.
⦁ The Artist will send the Client a message confirming the order. Client must respond within 72 hours or the commission is forfeit.
⦁ The Artist will send the Client an invoice on confirmation of a commission. This begins the contract between Artist and Client.
⦁ Invoice must be paid within 72 hours, unless otherwise stated, or the commission is forfeit.
⦁ The Client may opt into one of the Payment Plans listed below:
✦PLAN 1: 50%/50%
✦PLAN 2: 50%/ 25%/25%
✦PLAN 3: 25%/25%/25%/25%More details given upon request.

✦SUBJECT MATTER✦

⦁ The Artist will draw all species (real or fantasy), humans/humanoids, bodytypes, sexual orientations, gender identities, and artistic nudity. Artist has a preference to drawing anthromorphic characters.
⦁ The Artist will draw all characters (originally created or fandom-created).
⦁ Violence, Gore, and sexually suggestive commissions are accepted under the Artist's discretion.
⦁ Sexually explicit commissions are not currently accepted.

✦OVERVIEW & OWNERSHIP✦

⦁ The Artist has the right to refuse a commission for any reason.
⦁ The Artist has the right to cancel a commission at any time. If payment was sent, a full or partial refund will be issued depending on completion level of the commission.
⦁ The Artist retains the right to display all commissioned work on any personal websites, galleries, or journals.
⦁ The Artist retains all rights to the Commissioned artwork, including the right to make prints and merchandise. This will always be discussed with the Client prior to any printing or sales.
⦁ The Artist may recycle sketches and preparatory works that were rejected by the Client for other commissions or personal works.
⦁ The Client retains all rights to any depicted characters they own.
⦁ The Client may use the commissioned for personal usage, such as follows: uploading the watermarked artwork to their personal website and/or gallery (accompanied by a credit line to the Artist). Cropping the artwork for: avatars, wallpapers, icons, and/or profile pictures. Using the artwork for fanfiction/original fiction cover art. Printing the artwork for personal display.
⦁ The Client does NOT have the right to remove the watermark, alter the artwork, or claim the illustration as their own.
⦁ The Client does NOT have the right to resell or redistribute the illustration in any way, unless otherwise stated.
⦁ The Client does NOT have the right to use any AI Image Generation to edit the artwork.
⦁ The Client does NOT have the right to use any AI Image Generation to recreate the artwork in any medium.
⦁ The Client does NOT have the right to tokenize the commissioned artwork.

✦COMPLETION TIME & EXTRA CHARGES✦

⦁ All listed commission types have an average completion time of 1 to 3 months.
⦁ Average completion times may vary depending on commission size, complexity, and communication.
⦁ The Artist will negotiate a deadline with the client in which the commission will be completed by.
⦁ The Client may request an accelerated deadline but will be subject to an additional Rush-Job fee.
⦁ The Client may request to reserve before scheduled opening but will be subject to an additional Early-Bird fee. Patreon Supporters are exempt from this fee.
⦁ The Artist may apply extra charges of $50/hr due to complexity, size, and difficulty of the commission. Reasons for extra charges include but are not limited to: Extremely detailed characters (markings, hairstyles, extra limbs, ect), Machine/Robotic parts, Complex costuming (armor, ect.), extremely detailed backgrounds or high-difficulty compositions.

✦PROCESS & EDITS✦

⦁ The Artist will send out WIPs of the rough sketch and lineart stages of the commission unless otherwise specified.
⦁ The Artist will not provide a full resolution file or finished preview unless full payment is received.
⦁ The Artist allows minor edits to a finished commission. Moderate to major edits will be subject to accrue additional fees of $50/hr.
⦁ The Client may request up to one order change before the thumbnail/rough sketch stage of their commission.
⦁ Major pose fixes/alterations may be requested during the rough sketch stage only.

✦CHARACTER DESIGN POLICY✦

⦁ The Client gains all rights to the character of any design commissioned (or adopted) from the Artist.
⦁ The Artist retains all rights to the original artwork created.
⦁ The Client may NOT purchase character designs or adoptables from the Artist with intentions of resell. Upon discovery of this intention, the Client immediately forfeits all rights to the character back to the Artist. The Client is solely responsible for refunding the party affected by the forfeit of the character.
⦁ The Client may rehome the character after 30 days minimum of ownership. Should the Client choose to rehome the character they may resell. The Client may NOT rehome the design for more than what it was purchased for.

✦REFUND POLICY✦

The Client may cancel the commission and request a full refund before work begins. Once thumbnail/sketch phase has been approved, the client relinquishes the right to request a refund.
In the event of Client cancellation of a commission with a payment plan, all work and invoices will be haulted.
